My overall experience was good. I have definitely had better experiences in the past with CustomInk which is why I am a returning customer because the experience has been great. The only issues I had were the problem I mentioned above when trying to edit the mug design and then the package arrived several days late. It was not a major issue for us since we didn't have to have the mugs until this week but it was the first time Ive ordered something from CustomInk that arrived several days late. All in all though, I think you guys do a great job with customer service and I plan to continue to use you in the future. Thanks for everything!
