Everything on Custom Ink's end was great. It was the shipping that wasn't so great. Item arrived 2 days later than the guaranteed arrival date and 3 days after the "expected" delivery date, but that's the fault of the post office, not Custom Ink. Made me super nervous tho' that I paid for RUSH delivery and it arrived the day of the show I needed it for! Thank God it fit and everything looked ok, so it all worked out. But it had me freaking out a little bit that it wasn't going to get here on time.

I did have a lot of trouble trying to navigate the system when I was trying to choose the style that I wanted, in the fabric that I wanted and only ordering one. It ended up that I could not get this shirt in the fabric that I wanted for just one shirt.
