Not as user friendly as other sites. Poor quality print with smudge marks, poor resolution, poor dull color accuracy. Does Custom Ink even review the print before sending out a bad quality print? There must be now QA team and controlled by AI.

For an adult-sized baseball cap, this cap is very small and there is not much strap length to make it larger. When I first tried it on, I thought it was a child's baseball cap. If it was larger and more like an adult cap, it would have been perfect. I have no choice but to give this to our customers at an event that starts on Monday because there is not enough time to do so and we used all our budget on this hat. Very, very disappointing.
