Company did not stand behind the %100 satisfaction as the first shirts I ordered did not fit well and were very uncomfortable instead of doing a refund they wanted me to take measurements of the shirts and send them the information to see if they met the website specs and only offered a partial 3 out of 15 shirts refund and a small credit on another order which I had to fight with the customer service to get. The new order was great but that is not what I would consider %100 satisfaction guaranty

I reached out to Custom Ink in a panic after another company fell through with my large family order. Not only did Custom Ink have real live customer service representatives I could call or chat with (which I did!), they also helped me make sure my custom logo/artwork would fit on all sizes of t-shirts (ranging from Youth XSmall to Adult XLarge). Custom Ink also went a step further by calling me to make sure I approved the proof so they could get my order expedited. Custom Ink printed and delivered 13 shirts a day sooner than they originally said! They saved the day by getting our family vacation shirts to us before our trip. I am so grateful for Custom Ink!

I like working with Custom Ink's platform because we have a logo each year to work with. The tools in Custom Ink allow us to use our image and create a text around it. It has always been easy to work with.

Shirt is fine but the placement of the logo was off and looks odd. As I've ordered in the past and they've been fine, I should have requested to review before printing, but it's hard to tell on screen. Someone with some common sense should have noticed this was odd and reached out.

My experience with Custom Ink was exceptional in every way. The website was very user friendly, and I greatly appreciated the many available options for creating my design. I was also amazed at the variety of products they have available to print on. It was especially nice to find a selection of products that would allow me to purchase only one item, rather than in bulk quantities. My product arrived in a very reasonable amount of time and had been perfectly done by the Custom Ink team. I would definitely consider using Custom Ink again in the future.
