I absolutely love working with Custom Ink! I am tech challenged and they patiently assist me every time with my project! I would not consider going elsewhere for my projects! Thank you, Custom Ink!

I've worked with Custom Ink and number of times. Always happy with quality and follow up. However, this last order I was disappointed in the quality of the shirt I picked.

I have used Custom Ink multiple times in the past, and these are my people! I never have to think twice about even the minute details, and this time was no exception. They even reached out to me regarding text content on my art to make sure every word and spelling were intentional and that there were no typos. The one single critical piece of feedback I would offer is that I asked two different Inkers about the clarity of my art early on (which was entirely formed from text), if it would turn out legible with the size I had designed. They both said yes, but then towards the very end, they weren’t sure whether it could be screen printed with the text being that small. That had me sweating for a bit considering that the time was ticking and I did not have the same flexibility to go back to the drawing board as I had before. They were able to work it out as is, and it turned out great, but I would have felt easier about it if I had known earlier that it would be a possible issue.

I had sent an email the morning after I made my order, asking if we could have a larger size. I never heard back. I looked for myself and found that there wasn't a larger size available in what I chose, so it wasn't a problem. But I'm accustomed to WONDERFUL customer service, and I'm a bit disappointed that I didn't get an acknowledgement of that. Otherwise, I keep coming back because you all make GREAT products!
