I have worked with Custom Ink through a variety of non-profits and won’t go anywhere else. In fact, I often volunteer to take on the t-shirt responsibility because ai know things will go smoothly. Customer service knows their stuff. They say with me on the phone for 1 full hour last week while I tried to find the best price on a re-order. If they make a mistake, they fix it. They’re always friendly and knowledgeable. Use them!

We found ourselves in a real bind when we learned the national organization would no longer be printing our camp T-shirts. With a very tight deadline, we designed the shirts ourselves and crossed our fingers that Custom Ink could make it happen. Their team exceeded every expectation. When a copyright issue with one of our logos came up, they didn't let the order stall—they reached out by both email and text over the weekend to make sure we could quickly resolve the problem. Thanks to their outstanding communication and commitment to customer service, we updated the design, the shirts were printed immediately, and they actually arrived a day earlier than promised. The quality was fantastic, the service was exceptional, and most importantly, they helped save our CyberPatriot summer camp. We couldn't be more grateful.
