We used AI to get started, and then a Custom Ink employee perfected our design. I’m so happy with our family reunion shirts! One print did not print correctly, however? On our youth t-shirt. But the other shirts all printed fine!

We wanted embroidered hats in certain colors (our school colors). When we finally got the embroidery proof back, it was horrible. Didn't look anything like our logo. They tried again with worse results. So we ended up having to switch to a different brand of hat (because apparently you can't screenprint on all the brands), and the new brand did not have our school colors. All of this back-and-forth took a week+, so we ended up having to spend $72 for a rush order because we needed them for an event. Very disappointing.

Custom Ink's group ordering features made coordinating shirt orders for a group of 10 plus so much easier than I thought it would be. It was very convenient to allow everyone to pick and pay for their own shirt and then have them all shipped to one person to bring to our event.
