I was very pleased with the ease of the website and how quick they shipped. I greatly appreciated the person on customer service that took the time with me to go over the spelling of each persons name and due to that we did find an error on my behalf bc I forgot an E at the end of a child’s name. It was a great save.

Excellent customer service. The only part that could be a little smoother would be placing the full order with the sample charge credited. It was confusing on how to go about that and not easily explained over email. The end results was great, but the process could use improving/simplifying.
