The first two attempts your company did seemed to be a AI generated response and the design was way off. I just gave up trying to explain. But somehow your team stepped in and made the modifications I had ask for in a response text and it turned out great

I initially completed and submitted the “Report a Problem” and received NO response. I had to resubmit and then ended up using the “Chat Now” option, to get in touch with a customer service rep. The exchange with said rep was quick and my refund request was granted. Not sure that I would purchase from CustomInk in the future, however.

The shirts shipped were not the shirts that were ordered. The order was for Gildan 50/50 shirts. We received Gildan 65/35 shirts. The artwork was nice but placed more towards the shoulder instead of over the left chest where noted in the order. I called customer support and waited 50 minutes on hold. I've left a request for call back but haven't received a call back yet.
