I'm a long time customer of Custom Ink. Over the years I have seen some reduction in the print quality of the products. Screen printing on fabric is less robust and the color saturation is also less. On ceramic products, if you order a cream design on navy for example then the navy will show through, so it's not very rich looking. Overall, I have always loved working with Custom Ink and they remain superior in product range, design options, and customer service. I just wish the end result brought a little more joy.

Very easy to upload and resize images, way too many options for shirts to pick from but when I found a shirt I own that's comfortable I was able to find the exact brand and fit so it ended up being a good thing that there were so many choices. My only complaint was the quality of the print . The colors are pretty washed out and lost much of the image detail due to black not being very dark. Also the edges of all the print areas have a visible white fringe.The print itself feels pretty cheap like it will come off very easily if washed but that remains to be seen.
