I’m in charge of the family tshirt for our group vacation and it stresses me out because you can rarely please everyone, especially family. So I put off my shirt design… until two weeks before we left. When I logged into my account, I saw I had put off ordering shirts until the exact day last year :) I was right on time. I designed the shirts, ordered on Tuesday and they arrived by Saturday with rush shipping, two days earlier than the estimate. The shirts are really great and I can’t wait to show everyone. The only improvement feedback I have would be to make the mobile use of the editing feature easier to use. I did this on my iPad and it was tough to fine tune the visual elements. Not being able to zoom in very far was frustrating. In the end it worked out just fine.

From the website, throughout the ordering process, to delivery & quality & price, my experience with Custom Ink was fantastic. Customer service staff walked me through setting up my file and ordering, even shipping. Everything arrived on time, and the PRICE was PERFECTLY REASONABLE, even for the rush ship. I only gave one 6 out of 7 response—on printing—not for quality (it's great), but because the placement on the front of the shirt is low. Perhaps I could have adjusted it, but that wasn't clear to me. And since I had been guided by a customer service rep, I wasn't as attentive. Still, I'm quite happy with the results. I'll be back.

Everything about my experience working with Custom Ink was great. The only issue was the screen printing on the smallest shirts didn’t come out clean, but I also understand it can be difficult to translate designs from large to small..Overall, I’m very pleased. Thank you to your whole team.
