No happy with customer support over a claim. On the short sleeve shirts, some shirts showed considerable black wear after first use.

The ease of use with creating my shirt was amazing and the graphic options were great. My shirts turned out amazing but unfortunately arrived after our event due to a delay in delivery. When I placed the order it had an ETA of 7/9, the day prior to our event. It was cutting it close but I thought for sure after paying the extra for expedited shipping that it would arrive on time. It did not arrive by EOD on 7/9 but the next day, mid morning. Our team wasn't able to wear the shirts for the event and instead received them after. Disappointing to pay extra for the order being expedited and not receive in time. Future knowledge- while I will order again as the quality is amazing I will definitely avoid having to have it expedited. Note- I did not contact customer service due to my schedule and not being able to chat during business hours.
