My overall experience with the ease of creating the design and customer service to the timely shipping (it came two days earlier than expected) was excellent. The product is for a High School sports banquet. The boys are going to love their bags!

Great website, easy to use and create custom Tshirt. However, it would have been great to have a comment section at time of order because the email I sent did not get to the right people. The Tshirt image had a background that I requested to be removed. The image would have looked more seamless without the image background.

While the customer service was attentive and accommodating on this order, somehow there was a mishap with the execution. The design deviated from what was originally sent, and I regret that I didn't catch that.
