You guys are the best. We had a miscommunication about the order. There was a mix-up about silk screen v. embroidery. You guys sent the silk screen. I called to ask re: recourse. You immediately offered me the embroidery version. The cost was the difference between what I paid and what I would have paid. AMAZING....thanks

I have ordered many times from Custom Ink. I had one problem before with poor print quality and at least that time I was offered a discount. This time was much worse in both terms of errors on CI's part, delays in the process and time spent having to fix errors by CI. I was offered only a cursory apology and I had to recreate parts of the design and it was delivered a week late.
