I love custom ink , they always deliver. The only thing I could say is I wish they had better coupons discounts. My sorority had a fundraiser where we sold 3 different shirts(same design 3 different colors). Unfortunately, because of the different colors in the design I was force to place 3 orders which was very expensive. Wish there was a way to change the colors at the same price Otherwise they are PERFECT!!!

For the second time in two orders, CustomInk injected political correctness into an ordering situation when it was illegal to do so. CustomInk project managers decided on their own to reject a design even after the Supreme Court decision on June 24th, 2019 ruled it was illegal to do so. I have captured all screenshots and emails and they have been forwarded to my Florida senators. If the liberal CustomInk project managers can force a baker to make LGBQ cakes then the reverse should also be OK. Good luck with the bad press!!

I have ordered from custom Ink twice now. The order is always correct and I get exactly what I anticipated getting. My work force loves to get these shirts!

OMG! Once again, your company fails to amaze. Your customer service is TOP NOTCH! Alex is SUCH a delight to work with! Very personable and friendly and that is a breath of fresh air compared to calling other companies and having to go through 18 million layers of computer answering machines before getting to a real person... Thank you for such high quality work! Thank you for making things SO easy! I love opening up your boxes because I know without a doubt that I will be pleased with what's in there! WOW! The customer service at Custom Ink is phenomenal! When first purchasing a big order ($800+) we had issues with the card used and they cleared everything up and ensured that their servers are secure (this is also shown by the BBB rating - A+). After we received the order we did have a few mistakes with the shirts (hole and stains in 3/60 shirts), so I contacted customer support and they handled the situation professionally and were respectful/kind. Within a WEEK (Including Labor Day) my order was en route (UPS next day air saver - NO EXTRA CHARGE), delivered, and received.. I also received a $25 off my next order coupon. I purchased a single item this time with the coupon and had to contact customer support (due to the auto checker picking up issues with colors on an image used) and was still treated with care and respect. Keep up the awesome work!!!! I have never experienced customer support to this level and I work IT..

I am very impressed and pleased with my first time order, will definitely use your site again in the future. I came up with a shirt design for my sisters graduation from the Air Force Basic Training and with the rush delivery it was on-time and looked amazing. Thank you, thank you helping me celebrate my sister's big day and making it even more memorable for her.

Love you software for website to Digital Print results!! Solid execution. My biggest issue is shirts & shirts sizing. I like the heavier 6oz Tshirt & getting a size that is advertised on the sizing chart is very hard. I never get the same size shirt yet order the same size 3XL always. In the Hanes Beefy T is perfect in size & color & fit. However there is 5 min order. I went with a 4XL in Tagless which fits mostly like a Beefy T 3XL does. This was a good compromise that happened to work this time. Next time not so lucky? I order a couple shirts a year so if anyone that reads these notes & would pass my issue up the food chain I'd love to work on a better permanent solution. I have ordered a lot less & have been seeking other vendors due to this issue. So I leave my next order up in the air up to you guys.

I am Absolutely, positively, 1000% satisfied with my experience with this company from start to finish. Throughout this ordering process I have spoken to maybe 3 or 4 people along the way and everyone single one of you were very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. My ambassador was Heather, she has been so phenomenal this whole time. The changes that needed to be made to the design she quickly got them done. The level of communication and care that she provided me about the design, product, shirt type, cost, and delivery was greatly appreciated. She was just a breath of fresh air! I would like to commend her on a job very well done!!! And personally say Thank you!!

The quality of the material used in Hanes Cool Dri is excellent for landscape work. I purchased these shirts in long sleeve safety green for high visibility and better skin coverage. The UPF 5O sun protection rating is also a must in my profession. We experienced air temperatures upwards of 100 degrees this week and even though I still sweat, the material breathes well. This has a cooling effect whenever there is a light breeze and the material also dries very quickly. I purchased this product in both large and XL and they all fit exactly as they should. I was really surprised at how nicely the screen printing turned out. I would rate the overall experience at a 10 out of 10, as I was 100% satisfied with the product, the print, and the customer service that I received.

Ive been so extremely happy with Custom Ink!! The customer service is TOPS!!! And their work is even better!!! In a world of everything being automated and non-personal......Custom Ink is a breath of fresh air. They answer the phone, they help you any way they can, and the work is absolutely amazing!!! They treat their customers as if they really want you to be happy and want you to come back!

My Dad just turned 99 and we were planning this big party for him. I thought about a favor rather late. However, Custom Ink (and Brian James) is amazing and waived the rush charges because my Dad is an American Hero! By the way, he is a three war vet - WWII, Korea and Vietnam - Army Air Corps/Air Force/Honorary RAF Pilot! Thanks a lot!

Your company and website are fantastic. The ability to custom create a tshirt in any quantity is hard to find, and your many online resources to help with fonts, inserts, graphics, colors, shirt selections and options are in rare air. Thanks for a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I will be back to order others as needed.

Probably won't try this again. At least not with an uploaded photo three weeks before Christmas. Package was not received until 5:00 pm Christmas Eve even though it was sent next day air. SMH.

I made a mistake on my original order. The customer service person was extremely helpful and patient. A pleasure to deal with. The next day I needed to make a modification to the printing and a 2nd customer service person was also very helpful- also a pleasure. In this day of outsourcing CS to foreign countries where you can't understand them and have to spell everything, it was definitely a breath of fresh air. I would definitely recommend Custom Ink.
