We've been using these shirts to thank volunteers who are helping us fix up a lighthouse in Boston harbor. I've had to order in kind of small batches because we don't know who we're going to get to help from week to week and can't afford to end up with unneeded inventory. Your prices are reasonable considering this, and your service has been spot on! Thank you!

I am a WOW! with my expreince. I had two days to design and get the design to my boss in Boston. I was pretty flustered with the request and Deanna was a wonderful support. She took the order and was able to get our shirts, to my boss and his wife in time for a concert in Boston, MA. I am very grateful and will definately use this service again.

I am heading up a team to walk the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund walk in memory of a very beloved dance teacher. I needed to order one shirt as a sample shirt in order to take shirt orders at the end of year dance recital. I spoke with a wonderful rep at Custom Ink who eased my anxiety (I had missed the deadline to order and I feared I would not have my shirt in time for my recital.) She assured me she would get it to me on time. She also let me know that if I ordered only one, the printing process would be different (digital as opposed to screen printing) so I ordered 6 shirts initially. I received my order EARLIER than expected and LOVE the shirts. They were a huge hit and I will be placing another large order in July!!! (still collecting orders) So many people commented on the quality of the shirts. Thank you, Custom Ink!!

We absolutely loved the shirts. We used them to cheer on a family member running the Boston Marathon. Everything was fantastic- fit, shipping, quality of image.

I had looked at a number of other sites to order special shirts for friends and family as we cheered my husband on while he ran the Boston Marathon. As I was never quite satisfied with the process for design and ordering, I kept searching for another place to order the shirts from. When I found CustomInk, I was thrilled. Not only was the design process simple, but the number of options available for colors, fonts and pictures was very impressive. When I was finished with the design, I was able to easily share the link to it with others and get a sign-up sheet with the sizes needed. Once that was done, I submitted the design for purchase and received the final proof within 24 hours. All in all, it was a great experience and the finished product exceeded my expectations.

Very easy to make and place order, fast service. Price was a little higher then expected but happy with shirt . wanted to have the art work around the Boston name . Didnt know if you could have done that are even know what it is

The website was really easy to navigate and the shirts turned out great. I ended up having some shipping issues with the the storm on the East Coast a few weeks ago and my shirts were not going to arrive in time (I was leaving for Boston for a work trip for which I needed them). The customer service rep I was working with was AMAZING. He was polite, understanding and I think actually cared about my situation. He worked me to deliver a solution and followed up every step of the way. I've honestly never had such amazing customer service, and I work in customer service so I'm pretty critical. His name is Patrick Pilk, please make sure his supervisors receive this feedback because I will ALWAYS purchase with CustomInk following my experience.

My sister and I were making a very sentimental shirt for my dad to wear while he runs in the boston marathon. There was a problem with one of the images we selected due to copy rights and within the hour I was working closly with a man named Casey to fix the problem. It was taken care of and we revived the shirt early!

Amazing! It's my second time using it and it was just as great as the first! CustomInk has incredible customer service. Stephanie Powlen was very helpful via email with my design, payment, and shipping. I appreciated all her help and how promptly she responded. She was super helpful! In purchasing the order via phone, Eddie was super nice and helpful as well. You guys have amazing customer service/ amazing people working. My only problem-which i did not report- was the type on one word was changed with out consulting me. I listed city and states on the back of the shirt and deliberately spelled one not quite right..I wanted it to read as Boston, MArathon and it came back as Boston, Marathon.
