Lovely printing and very fast shipping. We ordered our hoodie expedited and it actually arrived a day before the estimated date. We had this custom hoodie made for a coworker who was moving out of the country and had actually moved her last day up, so it reached us just in time. So pleased!!

I ordered this custom T-Shirt to commemorate my 4th great-grandfather, who fought for the Westchester Militia, (NY) during the American Revolution. That's right. We won that war. But I digress. This is not my first rodeo. I have designed and purchased shirts from Custom Ink on multiple occasions in the past. I keep coming back because I get great customer service and a great finished product. Ever since I was ordered by The Court to stay at least 1000' feet away, I have been secretly stalking the customer care team by calling in custom T-Shirt orders. Despite all of this, they continue to give me excellent customer service every time I call. As for the finished product? Well, let me just say that my great-grandfather would have been proud to wear this particular T-Shirt as he fought to create this new country. The Hanes Beefy-T is durable and roomy enough that he could have worn it at the Battle of Saratoga. Yep. We won that battle too! The finished design is magnificent. By magnificent, I mean, the boys in the Westchester County Militia, Third Regiment, would have given a month's pay and their weekly allotment of Rum just to have one of these shirts. And if they all had worn these shirts, the boys in the First and Second Regiments would have been deeply jealous. They would have openly weeped as the Third Regiment marched smartly past them in their Custom Ink T-Shirts. Suck it Second Regiment. We are winners. Because I was so excited to receive these shirts, I expedited the order. My shirts arrived 2 days EARLIER than promised. All I can say is, if only the Continental Army had been able to expedite delivery of their messages and packages as well as Custom Ink does, Benedict Arnold would have been swinging from a limb in Fishkill, rather than escaping to British Lines after his treasonous activity had been discovered. That's right, the Militia Men who captured the British Spy, Major Andre were from the Westchester Militia, Third Regiment. They served under my Great-grandfather. We won that too.... Want to be a winner? Call Custom Ink and commemorate your great-grandfather's role in the Revolutionary War. That is, unless he fought for the losing side......but then again, I am certain Custom Ink would be happy to try to assuage your lasting shame with a cool shirt that says something like, "We're number 2!" or something equally pithy.

Custom Ink is great!! This was my fifth time ordering for our cross country/track program. We love the quality of the products, care of the customer service representatives, and efficiency of ordering through Custom Ink. They do an awesome job of making sure we are satisfied with our orders and that they arrive at the expected time.

Custom Ink has been great to me for the past 4 cross country season. I always get a friendly customer service rep who is always willing to go above and beyond.

We love the product but didn't love that my colour was not available in Canada. Product arrived in 2 packages to my US mailbox several days apart. I ended up having to cross the border twice, because I didn't realize that not everything had arrived together. Duty charged increases the price a fair bit. I might seek out a local supplier for US only products.

Overall it was very easy to work with the website and design and order a shirt. However the hotline numbers did not seem to be working and required you to dial an out of country area code. Not happy with the sizes because they were too big, but everything else was a lovely experience.

I absolutely loved my experience, it definitely made me want to use this company’s services again (currently ordered t-shirt’s for cross country) What was the best was how I had such specific and more complicated things I wanted to do and the person I talked to (Desaray) was amazing. She made sure all of my requirements were met, and helped me save so much money!!

CustomInk is a fabulous service. The website, group order options, and customer service are terrific. I have already placed another order for my company. Just surprised the final print of the logo was a bit "smudged" on the cross itself.

I needed a style of shirt for a youth cross country team that was not available on the website. Customer service found a shirt from one of their suppliers that was just what I was looking for. They went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed and were still able to get it to me within a week.

I used the online design tool and put together a cute design. It was tweaked a little by the professional designers, so it looked better. I changed the text after they had "fixed" my design and they made the change without any trouble. We used Custom Ink to collect money and orders from family around the country for our reunion shirts. Everyone ordered what they wanted and paid online. People were happy to choose their own style and color. I placed the final order and received the shirts quickly.

A small mixup led to CustomInk sending one fewer shirt than I had ordered - I called at 7pm on a Friday, and they were able to have one made in an office still open on the West coast and shipped cross country to arrive in time for an event on Monday! They even waived the rush shipping fee I had paid for the original order. I've ordered from CustomInk many times, and this was the first issue I've had and it was handled amazingly well.

EXCELLENT customer service!! Wish I knew about customink last year!! Exceeded expectations on shipping turn around time especially with the distance of shipping to Hawaii!! Team soccer hoodies turned out awesome! Will be placing another order for cross county team within the next week!! Thank you customink!!
