I had a wonderful experience working with your sales team. I called multiple times with questions before I finalized my order. Each time I called, I spoke with a different person, which seems like it would have been a nightmare...but it wasn't! Each person treated me like I was their best friend. They were able to quickly look up my account, scan the very thorough notes, and help me immediately. The customer service was excellent and we are considering ordering our shirts always from custom link! The shirts were bigger than we thought with past shirts we have gotten for performing arts studio so the shirts are bigger on everyone than expected but the quality is great and we know for future orders !

We order a lot of shirts through y'all for our non-profit's sports and arts programming. I'd love to see if we could get a discount for being repeat customers or because we're a non-profit.

I have ordered a few shirts for my students. This was my instructing shirt I last ordered. It's beautiful. I can't tell you how pleased I am with this shirt to represent my martial arts and myself.

Great website, user friendly and easy to maneuver. I had hundreds of graphics to choose from when designing Tees for my School's Unified Arts Department (Music, Tech Art, Home Ec. and even Business classes were represented). Fair price, easy to talk to reps (one competely flipped my design from Black ink on a white shirt to white on a black tee... in about 2 minutes). prompt delivery, and even attractive packaging. I will definitely come back soon for more products!

Overall experience was good. The customer service was very responsive. The graphics arts update performed by your staff turned out really nice. The suggestions to switch to lime was a good one. The shirts turned out really nice. Be good if you were more upfront about possible cost adders that are not captured in the original quote. Upcharging for digital printing on low quantity is wrong.

Your service department is the best. You are lightening fast. Can you be our corporate sponsor? We are a DC/MD non-profit dance organization, that only orders from you. All our youth dance company directors design and order from you. I sit and click and design all our branded merch, through you. I only wish our studios were large enough to purchase the quantities required to REALLY save. With this new set of merch, we will see how well we sell - and we can just reorder. Mostly, we continue to use your products because we know there is a guarantee. As an understaffed arts non-profit - I have little to no room for error. Overall everything was great. I had this shirt made as a Christmas gift for my father and my brother and I can't wait until he opens it. The website was easy to use and it had lots of different types of arts/prints, shirts, and colors to choose from. Thank you so much CustomInk!

I have several Gildan tshirts by various co/retreats I've attended & was thrilled you offer this brand. The size & color is perfect. Great job & thank you for the many clip art choices. I chosed your co because you had many clip arts to choose from. The website was easy to navigate & better than other customized website/co's.

This is the second order we have placed with Customink and we have been very pleased with the result. We are a small martial arts club so the flexibility of not having to place a large minimum order has worked well for us, and we wanted to be sure of the quality before investing into larger quantities. The quality of the work is outstanding and has always met our expectation, the orders arrived on time - in the future we will be placing larger orders to save on the quantity discounts.

We are small non-profit camp for the arts and getting the most bang for the buck is important, yet it must be fun and creative. The team at Customink makes great suggestions and our campers and staff love our 2015 shirts.

The ONLY issue we have is the cost per tshirt. We are a small business, a karate school. These tshirts will eventually be seen all over the u.s., as we travel. Custom ink could possibly have our return business for shirts, jackets, decals, etc, for YEARS to come, but the .product is too xpensive. Because we are a small business, we may not need ALOT of product at one time, however, we are constantly getting new items for our students and for our school. Plus, other martial arts schools have already asked us where we had the shirts made, but we will not recommend Custom Ink, due to the high cost per shirt, or item. We think you should be able to make exceptions for small businesses like ours. You could have ALOT of potential business, but we just can't afford the high prices, especially with all the competition your type of business has. If you would be willing to lower your prices for a small business, due to our "special or unique" circumstance, you would have our business for years to come.

Overall we were pleased with the service, we were kept well informed of the process of our order, art work came out beautiful. Would recommend you giving them a try. Donna - ThunderWillow Arts
