I've ordered from Zazzle in the past but experienced poor quality control and they've been "Temporarily out of stock" for the past 2 years on 100% cotton polos. My local Instant Imprints charges a whopping $70 to apply my logo to their cotton/polyester blend polo that I didn't want. After running into one frustration after the next, it was a relief to reach a Custom Ink service rep who brought up my account and my uploaded logo and was able to assist me with my order. One concern was the white background behind my logo. The rep quickly assured me they can remove that. They have the Gildan Ultra Cotton polos in a variety of colors that I prefer. Great customer service, communication and pricing at about $25 per shirt. Save yourself the same grief I experienced with other vendors and order from Custom Ink.

We got the order!!! It came!! Yay!! LOVE the polos and the UA brand BUT the embroidery is extremely itchy

Excellent design features allow for high degree of customization, even for people with no design background. Customer service was very responsive, and I was able to amend my order in between placing it and shipping. I found that even the cheaper performance polos were of high quality material.

Very happy with our order and service. We had to place two similar orders (t-shirts and polos) with the same design. Within a half an hour of submitting the order, someone called and told me they were going to bundle the shirts and save me a bunch of money. The shirts are great quality, and seem like they will be quite durable, and the printing work was perfect. They even centered the art better than what I had when designing it. Excellent work all around throughout the process.

I am a return customer. Custom Ink is the website I found to be the friendlies and easiest to use. Shirts/Polos have been great and arrive just as seen online. We are very pleased with the customer service.

I've been buying custom printed items (tees, vee necks, hoodies, and polos) from CustomInk for about a decade. If I didn't like doing business with them, I would stop... I haven't stopped yet! You can find a cheaper product out there but you get what you pay for... if you want the best for your own customers, you go to CustomInk to get it!

I contacted customer services to help me with the color of my logo. I ordered a pink polo and the logo also has pink, so I wanted to change only the color of the logo for that polo. However, I ordered more colored polos and the logo was changed for all the polos. The customer service didn't listen to me when I called. I wanted embroidered and they sent me messed up screen printing that look bad.

I run a blog in Hollywood, FL and was looking for a polo shirt with which to promote my website. I just needed a few but found that the local stores in my area required a minimum order greater than what I needed. A colleague recommended Custom Ink so I contacted them via their website. Bill G responded immediately to my query and when I told him that I didn't know where to begin in terms of a design, he went onto my website and designed one for me. I tweaked it a little by adding one of the logos they offered. I was concerned about the sizing of the polo shirt but was relieved to find that they offered a pictorial sizing chart. The sizing was dead on right. I received my minimum order of six polos within a week of placing my order and is thrilled with the quality of the product. The Devon & Jones Pima Cotton is of very high quality: It is soft, wears well and washes well without shrinking or twisting of the fabric. And the screen print stands up well to wear and wash. Everything was excellent. Everyone I spoke to on the phone were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and the results were amazing as always. This is my third time ordering from Custom Ink. They are a little pricey as compared to some of the other websites I've found, however, it is well worth it. Their website is super user friendly. Nothing complicated about it at all. Took me about 10 minutes in total to custom design what I needed and got my order placed instantly. We even had a design flaw on one of the uploaded images I sent over but they had no problems fixing the image and getting it the way I wanted without any hassle what so ever. They didn't try to have me upload a new fixed image either. They just took care of it. Placing a large order, over 200 items, they sent over a free sample shirt just to make sure it is what we wanted. Now that's customer service. A lot of people ask me where I got my hoodies, shirts, polos, etc, I instantly tell them, Custom Ink. Amazing quality products, good customer service, easy to use interface and speedy delivery. What more can you ask for?

Custom Ink is the best site to order custom t-shirts, polos etc. I have never had a bad experience with Custom Ink. This time around Vicki N. from customer service helped me through the whole process since I needed help with an addition to our logo. She was fantastic and so patient with our numerous changes to our order. So, thank you! I was asked to order more t-shirts because everyone was so excited with how they turned out!
