This is the 18th year I have ordered from CustomInk and have never been disappointed. Twice in the 20 years I have been designing shirts for our Drama Club, I was convinced to go locally to save cost. In the end, the cost saving wasn't that much, the quality less and more stressful because the shirts were not delivered on time. I will always choose CustomInk.

The customer service and licensing process was beyond painful. The incorrect version of the shirts were ultimately printed. The CS reps seemed to have no clue what was happening. To the point, that Richard B even tried to blame me, the customer, for not having the right shirt design?? It was a reorder for November and I provided the inital order when I first placed it-- this is not my first time ordering large amounts of shirts from you all. The licensing process was a complete and total joke. No one could tell me anything beyond "we use a portal", "we ping people", and licensing is not customer facing so no there is no one you can talk to. The shirts were a week past their requested date for no reason at all. I have an extensive history going back at least 8 years with CustomInk, and this was the worst experience I have ever had. To the point, I will be looking for a new printer for my jobs that involve any type of licensing.

NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME... I have received my shirt order however I have a couple of issues. I have spoken to a few different reps there to make sure my shirt order was exactly what I wanted. I don't know about the mens shirts until I give them out but on the womens, I have two issues... I went through all the shirt types with service reps before ordering. I wanted lightweight but coverage and non-shrink and I picked the ones that were supposed to fit that category but (1) the womens shirts did shrink after washing (don't know about the mens yet) and (2) I asked before ordering the white to make sure that the bra will not be seen through and it does .
