We ordered about $1000 worth of tshirts. Nearly all of them had straight back artwork but crooked to extremely crooked back artwork. This is the second time and we won't be ordering from CustomInk again. We could even see how it happened; the left shoulder seam was clamped or folded crookedly, and so however it was crooked was the same amount that the logo was crooked. This is a lot of money to waste on promo items that we can't give away.

Although the end product was just as I had hoped the expensive price (over $60 for 2 t-shirts) as well as the rude people working in Customer Service at Custom Ink will prevent me from using this online retailer again.

Custom Ink's design interface was easy to use and intuitive. Their print on my shirt was 100% the same as what I designed. The only thing they could do to improve is to somehow communicate common areas on a shirt that has printing. I accidently put one of my designs too high on the back.
