It was not clearly communicated to us that our items needed approval from the school to be printed. I called twice to confirm that you had received confimration from the school and one time the woman on the phone could not tell me if it had been received or not. When I called back, a man told me that confirmation had been received when it had not been. This delayed my order.

It was really great when the company actually called me to make sure I would be okay with any changes, and they suggested something to make the item better, when other websites dont care and would have just made it and shipped it out and I was have been unhappy. This is a really great company and we are going to order all our stuff from here for the rest of the season!!
