The customer service is excellent!

This was my first time ordering from CustomInk and it was a very easy process from beginning to end. The customer service team answered questions promptly, made recommendations when necessary and once I approved our proofs, we had our shirts within a week. Our staff ordered a variety of shirt colors with our library logo and there there were many "oohs & aahs" as the boxes were opened and they received their shirts. This has been a very positive experience and I highly recommend CustomInk.

This order was great. The only thing I would change is that you have a way for everyone to pay individually online so that I am not the bill collector. Your page set-up for everyone to order was excellent. Really quick processing and shipment. Thank you!

Erin was great answering my questions and letting me know that I was on the right track with what I needed. When she was out, Cliff helped answer my questions about another order. I used you all last year for my school's field trip shirts, and intend on using you all over and over. Its very compfrting for someone who isnt quite sure in what they are doing, that the ease of the sign-up sheets made it even easier

overall, this was a good experience...but I would like to know if there would be a variance in sizes across colors

Overall, I am very satisfied with the product. I wish I had known the feel of the t-shirt fabric as I could have opted for a different shirt.

My customInk experience was very positive. This was my second time using CustomInk and I was just as pleased this time as I was the first. We were a little crunched for time and after paying the extra 25% we were pleased they arrived right on time. When people see our shirts it is fun to say we designed them ourselves and let people know they can do the same at CustomInk.com!

Excellent service, place my order on Feb. 10., got the email for design approval on Feb. 12 and the product was delivered to my house on Feb. 19. I did not pay for rush services, just the standard with free shipping and had the shirts with a week....awesome!
