Our organization always orders shirts, hoodies, and any other gear from custom ink. Every time we order, we are extremely satisfied with the customer service and products that we receive. They go above and beyond to make sure that we have the best experience. We have developed such a good relationship with their representatives, that we feel comfortable just shooting them an e-mail and knowing that they will reply quickly and that they will answer all of our questions. Excellent experience. Had a problem with a price change after I had saved my order but before I ordered it. Called and got a very friendly and helpful person right away who, although they were not obligated to, honored the original price I was looking at. Also had to make a change after placing my order and had same helpful experience. Top notch service, and was very happy with the product and printing. Will definitely be back.
