We wanted to provide shirts to all family members for our upcoming cruise. The design tool on the website was very easy to use, and the customer service folks we worked with were amazing. They knew their products and design limitations, and guided us throughout the process. Very seamless, and the final product exceeded our expectations!

I am over the top satisfied with the customer service rep! I would not have found the infant and toddler sizes on my own via the website. I will always reach out to customer service moving forward, as this was such a great experience! It added that personal touch and the rep gave me advice about the t-shirt materials and what she recommended.

What an amazing experience from start to finish. The design process couldn’t be easier. Site is the most user friendly I have ever experienced. I completed my order over the phone and had assistance creating a matching toddler shirt to our adult shirts. The lady was incredibly helpful and had me price out different options. Shipping was faster than expected. Loved getting an email after my order saying it was a great way to honor my Grandma. It was such a nice touch. Excellent customer service and will definitely order from here again.

I am Absolutely, positively, 1000% satisfied with my experience with this company from start to finish. Throughout this ordering process I have spoken to maybe 3 or 4 people along the way and everyone single one of you were very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. My ambassador was Heather, she has been so phenomenal this whole time. The changes that needed to be made to the design she quickly got them done. The level of communication and care that she provided me about the design, product, shirt type, cost, and delivery was greatly appreciated. She was just a breath of fresh air! I would like to commend her on a job very well done!!! And personally say Thank you!!
