This is actually one survey I've looked forward to completing. Lauren Siegle, your employee who assisted me, was completely FANTASTIC! She helped make my shirt designs better, found ways to save money, and was very friendly, professional and definitely the reason why I placed my order with your company. We will totally use CustomInk again. The service over the phone was wonderful. We had a pretty complicated order for a family reunion, and of course we waited to the last minute. CustomInk reps helped us over the phone with sizing and design issues, making suggestions on the design that saved us money. We got the shirts in plenty of time, and they look great.
