Overall Custom Ink is very helpful whenever I have to place an order. I order each year, so we have a sales rep, and she is sometimes hard to get a hold of, but anyone else I call is always ready to help and makes sure to let our sales rep know if any orders/changes. Custom Ink's greatest asset is their timely delivery. I continue to choose Custom Ink over local printers because I know the product will get to me before my due date.
