Have ordered from this company MANY times in the past, this experience was not the best in many respects. When they do it right they are great to work with. In this case, the customer is not always right which I don't think is a good policy for a returning customer.

I was very pleased with the shirts and sweatshirts I ordered from CustomInk for sports team this past season. Although they lacked the text I used in my design, the customer service quickly responded and were helpful. The sweatshirts and shirts arrived right on time and I liked that I could track my delivery.

CustomInk was great! Being able to choose my own design was fun and the shirts we ordered were affordable. The shirts we bought were for a high school girls' cross country team attending championships on the very day that the tees were arrive. When I wrote to ask if there was a way to estimate the time of arrival (so that we might be able to get the tees before our dismissal for the meet), the representative that answered immediatey upgraded our shipping to ensure they would arrive on time.

The t-shirts had an expected date of Oct 14, the shirts shipped Oct 11 and i received it Oct 12. So customink definitely exceeded my expectations and I will use them again in the future if I ever need custom shirts.
