Overall experience was excellent. I ordered different customer designed items from another company and theirs did not make it in time for date I needed it but custom inked made it exactly when it said it would. The only downside to custom ink was the minimum item purchase of 6 and 25% added onto that for priority mail. Change the minimum to 3-4 and you will probably see an increase in sales
