My overall experience was great, but I needed expedited service and I paid for it. When I noticed that the date looked like it would slip, I chatted with someone and they assured me that all was on schedule and not to worry. On the date the product was due, I was contacted indicating that the product would be delayed several days. While I was reimbursed for my extra fee, and I did receive excellent product in time, I was fortunate that I could absorb the extra days. I feel I should have been notified earlier about the delay and given options to try and meet the original date
