As usual, the level of customer service is excellent, the ease of use of the website is excellent, the new graphic icons available to print allowed me to make an interesting design with very little problem. The delivery is fast. I would like to see individually wrapped (plastic bags) for each garment or at least separated in bags by size. It would make distribution easier.

I ordered 12 customized Wind Shirts for a golf event, and each item had a custom logo and the players name on the chest. Choosing the right item and designing my custom logo was a snap on Custom Ink’s user friendly website. All of my order information was processed electronically, and I was able to check on the status of my order at any time via Custom Ink’s website. They were ordered 3 weeks before my event, and as promised, arrived in 2 weeks. The Wind Shirts were excellent quality and great value for the price - they looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the actual Wind Shirts sizes were inconsistent with the size chart on the website, and as a result, 8 of my 12 Wind Shirts were too small for my players. However, Custom Ink’s Customer Service came to the rescue! With only 6 days to go before my event, Custom Ink corrected the problem by sending me (at no charge) 8 new Wind Shirts, larger and fully customized to my specifications. They were awesome to work with, and I intend to use them for any future custom apparel needs. They really WOW’ed me! Thanks Custom Ink!
