I couldn't have asked for a better, more user-friendly experience. My questions were answered promptly and clearly by the customer support staff. In the process of placing my order, there were pricing discrepancies which led to being passed from one rep to another to try to find some resolution. I talked with a total of 6 or 7 different people, catching them each up on the issue every time. Extremely frustrating and a waste of my time. That being said, the quality of the product was great. It's just the customer service side that needs some serious attention.

I was very pleased with CustomInk. Designing on the website was fun and easy; I was pleasantly surprised to have the design edited by a staff artist; and delivery was very fast. The jerseys I ordered look great!
