Their customer service is outstanding. We did not like the fit of the first hats and they took them back and gave us a credit. Keep in mind that that's a loss for the company because they were already personalized. While I was disappointed in the quality of the first hat I was happy that they took it back and gave us our money back. I had the option to choose a credit or full refund- I chose credit simply because the customer service was so good.

This is the second time I've personally ordered from CustomInk, and I will definitely be ordering from you again! A couple of months ago, I got a specimen hat, for free, just to make sure I liked it. When I finally decided to design and place my order, I needed to call and speak to their design specialists who helped take care of my exact request with no fuss, then when I placed the order, there were multiple steps they took to make sure I was happy with the design before they produced and shipped the products. The products came out exactly as we were hoping, and the quality is top notch so far! Thanks again!
