I had an order from a previous company cancel on me so I submitted a new order with custom ink under a time constraint. The order said that it would be delivered by Feb 14 after paying 25% expedited fee, which was the day I needed them. Once they shipped, custom ink still said Feb 14, but UPS delivery date was Feb 15. I flew out of the country on Feb 15 morning and missed the shipment. I feel that I should get the 25% fee refunded.
