Overall, the ordering was a fantastic experience and the shirts were great. David was incredibly helpful with this rush order that arrived exactly as promised in just 2 days and just in time for our party. Would have been a WOW! experience but the color of the names wasn't printed as ordered and one shirt sleeve was coming apart at the seems.

Overall the experience of ordering, paying, and delivery of the shirts was really good. I did have to pay for an additional screen for the children's shirts that I was not warned about in the beginning of the ordering process. I also would have liked to see an easier process for ordering different styles and "kids" sizes. That part was a little confusing and required multiple conversations with the online chat or through email. All in all everyone loved the shirts.

At first I had a hard time ordering online because we needed 32 shirts in 8 different colors and baby, toddler, youth and adult sizes. When I called the "real live person", I was delighted with their help. I was able to order over the phone and then I was sent several emails asking questions and confirming everything. When the final order was sent for my approval, I found one mistake which was immediately corrected. Everyone I spoke with or emailed was very kind and helpful! The finished shirts were delivered quickly and several weeks before our event.
