Overall Custom Ink's service was great. I found the experience to be surprisingly personal and communicative during the whole process. I did not feel like I handed my order off to a website, but a local shop where I was talking to a person. They obviously put in a lot of effort to get that experience right.

Customer service is great when ordering products and if you have any questions or problems to be resolved. Quality and color of products are great and true. The only negative thing I have to say the type was not properly on the adult shirts.

I love that the Inkers are always willing to help! For this order, I used chat as well as phone support and I got excellent service each time I reached out. My order had several logos from organizations our group has worked with this year. We had permission to use them and the CustomInk team put them all together in an awesome design!
