I believe the service you provide is excellent. However, for this order, a few important details were missed in the beginning. Most inconvenient is that the person who placed two separate orders listed the address on the second order incorrectly, which caused the packaged to be delivered at some random shop 20 minutes from my home. I had to leave work at a busy time to go get the package before heading out of town that same day! But in spite of all this my interaction with most of your team members was exceptional. So kudos.

Our students were very happy about the quality of the the polo shirts that we ordered. The screenprinting came out great and the cost was very reasonable. It was a little more difficult than it should have been to process a tax-exempt order (it took several days and multiple emails between myself and multiple departments at CustomInk), but it turned out okay in the end. They expedited the shipping because of the delay, without charging us any extra; that was appreciated.

Design and ordering was fairly simple on the website. I was limited on the selection of shirts that I could order on the website (could not combine tshirts and polos in the same order) but I called customer services and they were friendly and easily helped me finish my order. The order conformation process was very easy and the shirts were delivered fairly quickly. However, half the shirts were printed very badly so I am going to have to deal with replacing some of my order. Great ordering process, bad shirt printing
