Great customer service via the chat. There was always someone there to answer my questions promptly and efficiently. Loved designing my own t-shirt on the website, easily shared with my teamates for their approval, and managing a group order was a piece of cake. Shipment was on time and I was kept updated of the delivery status. I loved the little note inside the box that mentioned that if I wasn't satisfied to contact customer service. Overall a great experience. Great job!

Exceptional customer service in getting a font that wasn't shown on your website. It was just a fluke that I asked about getting "Chiller". Maybe this should be indicated because it made me very happy to know that they could do this. If I had found out after the fact, I would have been very disappointed. Even with adjustments the tee-shirts arrived in advance of the scheduled date. One thing that did irritate me was that they were advertised as Canadian, ended up on a US website and had to pay in US dollars. Tee-shirts actually came from within Canada as per the shipping information. This is the one thing that lowers my experience with this site. Pricing should have been in Canadian dollars.
