Overall my experience went beyond my expectations. My customer service representative answered all of my questions in a very timely and detailed manner. She worked with me using live chat and then gave me her email information for all of my follow up questions. My order had a lot of different details and she got everything right. Additionally, she created a graphic using an outside program that she found and made it exactly as I had envisioned. She even gave me choices. And again, in an extremely timely manner. I ordered a lot of pieces and therefore my final price was very reasonable.

I was very satisfied with the level of service. Someone took a critical look at my order and noticed something that might not look great. They sent an email with options, including a live consultation which is so rare these days to even be able to talk to anyone that knows what they are doing at a retailer. This call was almost immediate after I confirmed I wanted to receive a phone call, also very rare these days. We came to a good solution over the phone. In the end this process saved a lot of time and aggravation. With this type of intervention everything went smoothly.
