A little painful going from submitted design to final...a days lag between each change...wide range of people...dealt with quite a few to get to final...felt like I was restating territory covered on what I wanted several times. Recommend you have one individual champion through to completion...also recommend you cut out the middle person when you have final artwork revisions and let the customer talk to the actual person making the changes to graphics and use e-mail for iterations before sending the final out via link.

This was our 3rd experience with Custom Ink. The reason we chose your company the 3rd time was due to the product results of the other orders. I was a bit disappointed with the response / call back and turnaround time of customer service. I started the order process Aug. 23rd and finalized our order with a totally different customer service rep. on Sept. 11 (as I believe the date was) because I could not get back in contact with the original customer service rep. I realize that uploading our own screen print and having your art dept. arrange to our liking was a difficult experience; however, I was not happy with the amount of time it took to finalize everything. Thank goodness the last customer service rep. (Holly) was on top of things and made the sale to our satisfaction. She got our order completed the same day and even rush shipped for us to have our first night of play. We truly appreciate her getting things done so quickly. The shirts look great! Thank you Holly!
