Customer service was great and very easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I did find it confusing from the beginning, though how to order the shirts with a set price and then estimating how many shirts I need and then having my teammates pay for that it was a little confusing for me.

Lisa is ABSOLUTELY THE BEST... you are very lucky to have her. From my first visit until today she has been incredible to work with. The part I DID NOT LIKE was when Patti from Satisfaction Assurance asked me to confirm quantities and sizes, it was a business day and I work. I approved the design but did not have the time to go over each order to count who ordered what. You guys have that information on your database, what would you give me extra work? Why wouldn't the printing begin with what you have? After all you have the databases with the information of what each member ordered... it's about convenience, don't give me extra work when I am giving you business.

As with previous years, my only problem with ordering is that I want 4 mens and 4 womens shirts of the same type and color, however I can’t seem to navigate men’s and womens on the same order without help from your amazing staff. It’s always nice to talk to your representatives; they are professional and always glad to help.
