When I originally was placing the order online, the cost was $180 more than what we had budgeted for within our club. I called the customer service line and explained that we wanted the same design on 3 different items. The person I talked to was so helpful and was able to combine the 3 items into 1 order, and get us a 1 week delivery for much less than placing 3 separate orders online; $806 with 1 week rush included vs $978 online without 1 week rush. He also honored a repeat customer discount that I thought was expired!! I love this company and will continue to use you for a long time :-)

Had a wonderful experience with Custom Ink! My main t-shirt ambassador, Mariah B., did an excellent job to ensure my satisfaction by guaranteeing our design and timely delivery of our products. The first time I called the Custom Ink customer service line, the guy who picked up the phone asked for my name and email, and then hung up on me. Despite that rude encounter, I think of that as an isolated incident as when I called back, I was delighted to be greeted and helped by Mariah. She guided my throughout the entire design change and ordering process, which ensured a great quality t-shirt design that was loved among everyone in my group. I already recommend Custom Ink to my friends, and I will continue to do so due to their excellent services!
