I really enjoy using Custom Ink to create fun and quality shirts for group trips and special events. The website makes it easy to design and see what the final product will look like. There are numerous products to choose from. The order is always produced and delivered in a timely manner too.

I did have a lot of trouble trying to navigate the system when I was trying to choose the style that I wanted, in the fabric that I wanted and only ordering one. It ended up that I could not get this shirt in the fabric that I wanted for just one shirt.

A big shot out to Jhovi Polius, store representative in Alexandria, VA -Old Town store. Jhovi was very professional, knew the products well and advised me on design of shirts and material of shirt to purchase. He also was very patient with me and made sure that I was getting exactly the shirt and fit that I wanted for each person I was buying for. I would highly recommend him to anyone in area that needs help with design and sizing of shirts.

The biggest disappointment was the artwork and application. Every one of the shirts we ordered had a very noticeable dark rectangular shadow at least 6 inches out and around the graphic. It looked like a stain where it was pressed and was not removed with washing several times. The overall quality of the material was satisfactory, but the sizing ran a bit small based on previous group orders from other brands. The artwork itself was very dulled, which I understand can happen especially if not provided with the official color palette, but it was very pastel compared to the original vibrant graphic. The ordering process itself was very user friendly and easy to understand.
