I have been ordering staff t shirts from Custom Ink for a couple of years now. I have ALWAYS had an awesome customer service experience. The products have consistently been a hit with our staff. We had three shirts that were misprinted on the front and Custom Ink fixed the problem at no charge and rush-shipped the replacements. The team has always gone above and beyond - from helping me make sure the design looks just right to organizing a complicated group order to replacing misprints to guaranteeing on time arrival. Will absolutely continue to use this company and recommend them to anyone who asks!

we were not thrilled by the print quality or the fabric of some of our shirts. We had holes in a couple shirts for the ladies. The sizes seemed smaller than the normal sizes. People who are normally a large were struggling to fit into their larges.

We had several reps. who worked with us through this order. They were all very helpful in walking me through the process. The tshirts were delivered on the day they were promised and are great quality (and super soft!).

I loved my experience with Custom Ink. I did the online chat to get help with customizing the back of each shirt and it was so easy. The shirts are perfect and comfortable. I will absolutely use Custom Ink again.

I can not say enough about this company. They worked me on my pretty small order of 18 shirts and treated me like I was ordering 100's. They helped guide me through the process of finding the best shirts for my needs. I feel like they went above and beyond.

I have worked with CustomInk a lot already through our business and with our church t-shirts. You guys are amazing. I don't think there is a representative I ever talked with that was not nice and very helpful
