I ordered many different brands, styles and sizes of shirts and their Customer Service worked with me to get it all right. Not only were they extremely polite but they were helpful beyond belief!! Between the website, Customer Service, and the quality of the end product, they exceeded my expectations. Heck, they blew my expectations away!! Good...It's just that the shirts run wayyyyyy small - to an absurd degree. I ordered a size up (based on your recommendation that they run small) but I probably needed two sizes up - they are tiny.

What I most appreciated was the speed and clarity of the customer service contact. The woman who assisted me was a very clear and kind communicator. We would have gotten smaller sizes if it wasn't for your disclaimer about the product running small and the great sizing chart you have with actual females wearing the product and giving us their body sizes. That is the best size chart we have ever seen. Because of it, everyone got a shirt that fit properly!
