I was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to locate the old order so we could just duplicate what we had previously ordered. The gentleman was very patient and searched for every name and email I could possibly come up with whom may have placed the last order. Lo and behold it came up! What I was most impressed with was that the mugs arrived on the EXACT day as promised!! And that NEVER happens with an overseas order to an APO box. Thank you so much for such great customer service. I was searching on every possible site to order mugs. Every single one of them sucked, and I didnt feel comfortable ordering from them. Then I find custom ink! Wow! Clean website, easy to use, a small fraction of the price more expensive but totally worth it for the ease of use and features they offer in order to assure you your order is exactly what you want.
