Quick easy to use and I've been impressed with their service and commitment to customer service when the order doesn't turn out exactly the way you would want.

I LOVE Noemi (sales rep). She was very helpful and really made the difference for me. I wanted to order 2 colored shirt with different color prints while staying within my budget. Noemi listened, offered options, patiently made adjustments and followed throuhg. Now my JPOs have 2 shirts they can wear! This is my third time ordering from you and I will be back!

The Custom Ink website is easy to use and the results are always stellar. Price is fair. Highly recommended.

The design capability on the website was great. When I had a question someone responded in the Chat window very quickly and answered my questions.

Highly recommend for any and all work swag and look forward to using them for our family reunion shirts in the future as well!

Poor quality prints and adherence. Will not be using again. Reached out to them about an issue with my order arriving poorly and still waiting to hear back.

Loved the final product. The embroidery was very well done and matched my company colors perfectly. The hat is fantastic. Overall, absolutely love these. One of my favorite pieces of custom apparel I've ever ordered!

The website is great, as well as the products. I actually went down a rabbit hole of browsing the site! I have found many reasons to come back and order again.

I have had great success with regular printed and embroidered items from Custom Ink. However, I did an order that was sublimated, and it was outsourced to a company that took my logo, adjusted it and changed the text (the name of our school was totally wrong), messed up the image, and did not provide a proof for me before the product was shipped. Customer service is issuing a full refund, but it is disappointing to see something easy enough (take an image and put it on a shirt) messed up so bad. It looked like they put it into AI, AI adjusted it, and then no human quality checked it before hitting print and packing the items. Again, screen printing and embroidery from Custom Ink have been great, but I would beware of the sublimation until they get it figured out.
