The process of ordering and getting proofs was easy and fast. Because it was a custom design they reviewed and sent me proofs. Shipping was fast and reasonably priced. However, when the products were fairly expensive due to small volume of order and came in with a faint grey line around the art like a background which is not what I was expecting and takes away from a clean, crisp look.

Custom Ink awesome. Website made it easy to design cool cups. Apparently you had to make revisions to my design, but your email communications were simple, clear, to the point, and I never worried about it messing up the timing of their arrival. Great job!

It was very easy to design my shirt. When I wanted to change something on the final proof, the chat feature made it very to contact someone and they fixed it right away. I had the final design within hours, and my order came way before it was expected
