Out of the 1000 custom wooden nickel coins I ordered, about 500 of them (50% of my order) were clearly misprinted. I am very dissatisfied with this outcome given the price we paid for them. My team has gone through and picked out all of the misprints. Misprints are inevitable and I am very understanding of that, but 500/1000 of our order was bad. I would love to order from Custom Ink again, but this quality of work is very concerning to me.

Have used Custom Ink a couple of times. Overall the ordering experience is pretty easy. Only issues I had was the actual shirt color differed from the online representation. Not a big deal, but some of the graphic colors didn't show up as expected. Also the shipping box was poorly taped and arrived open. Fortunately, nothing was missing.

Overall my experience was good, having Tyler as a contact was very helpful. I do wish I had been warned that my original artwork was too detailed for such a small product, as this would have saved time and avoided having to reject multiple proofs.
