The design process itself was easy, and the shipping was very fast and arrived earlier than expected, which I appreciated. However, the overall price felt high, and the print quality was nowhere near satisfactory. The peeling occurred almost immediately after minimal use prior to even washing it for the first time. I am open to purchasing from Custom Ink again if this issue can be properly addressed and resolved.
