I have had a very positive experience with Custom Ink so far. I have ordered shirts for a student group and custom-printed mugs for the adult staff of that program. With the shirts, we used their website to allow people to sign up for their shirt size - this was so well organized on the website and made it really easy to share out the link and gather the information we needed without having all sorts of paper trails and lists - everything was digital. Then, when we were ready to order, it was beyond simple to finalize the order, pay and have it shipped. Same for the mugs - the online viewing tool to upload your design and see how it's setup on the final item is clear and consistent. The final product arrived ahead of schedule and is exactly what I had hoped. I think the prices for both items was reasonable and fair. It has been great working with this company and customer service was quick and helpful when I had questions. Overall, I am very happy with this company, the products they have created for us and the experience. I plan to continue using them for future projects.
